1. Print this Order Form.
2. Fill out the Order Form and send it in to the school office with payment on or before the due date noted on the Order Form or here on this website under the Home tab.
3. Any additional instructions should be clearly written on the order form or communicated to the design team via e-mail. If design instructions are not given, the design team will do its best to create an ad that will display your student's name, pictures and messages in the most desirable fashion. We want your 8th grader to be excited and pleased with his/her ad as well be able to read your loving (or funny) sentiments.
4. To submit the message(s) for your 8th grade ad, please send it/them in an e-mail to [email protected] ASAP with your 8th grader's name in the subject line. For example Subject: Message for Jacob Lovebug.
5. To submit the photos for your 8th grade ad, please send JPEG images (300 dpi) in separate e-mails to [email protected] ASAP. Put your 8th grader's name in the subject line and state the photo number for correct placement according to the template. For example Subject: Photo 4 for Jacob Lovebug.
Finally some THINGS TO THINK ABOUT:
Start by selecting the template for your ad as this will determine the number of pictures you will submit.
Select your images carefully. The images will reproduce as you see them. Most cell phone pictures are too small.
Should you need help converting your pictures to digital, the design team will be happy to scan them for you. Send us an email letting us know that you will be submitting the hard copy pictures with your order form. We will scan the pictures and return them to you as soon as we are finished.
If you submit a scanned collage or any other manipulated images, be aware that the image may be difficult to read, see and enjoy.
Please be aware that the Yearbook Staff reserves the right to make judgment calls concerning content, as well as modify the ad in order to accommodate the images and messages submitted.
All of the pieces to your 8th grade ad should be received before or by the due dates. The yearbook staff MUST meet the deadlines imposed by the publishing company. Therefore, late images and messages can not be processed.
